A: Recommended ≤2.4m; for larger sizes, GRC cement components are preferred.

Q: Thickness and density requirements?

A: Overhang 80-150mm, foam density ≥18kg/m³, to prevent deformation.

Q: Can it be installed on walls?

A: Lightweight, can be installed on brick walls;Decorative only, not load-bearing; concrete lintels must be installed above doors and windows.

Installation (Key Points)

Q: How is it fixed?

A: Use bonding mortar for adhesion + expansion bolts for reinforcement; apply anti-crack mortar and alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh at joints to prevent cracking.

Q: Can dimensions be modified on site?

A: It can be cut; apply interface agent on cut edges before mortar, preferably custom-made at the factory.

Finish & Lifespan

Q: What paint finish to use?

A: Prefer water-based sand texture or real stone paint; ordinary latex paint is not recommended.

Q: Will it leak or crack?

A: Foam does not absorb water; most leaks and cracks are due to damaged joints or mortar layers; install drip edges on arches.

Q: How long does it last?

A: With proper installation, normal lifespan is 15-25 years; damaged exterior coating should be repaired promptly.
